She has 30 years of experience in the professional services industry; as a partner at Ernst & Young (in addition to maintaining a personal 7 figure client service book of business) she oversaw the P&L for a regional specialty tax practice, led the Americas Tax learning and development function, was executive sponsor for the firm’s Midwest professional women’s network; participated in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion steering committees; and led efforts in client service culture change initiatives.
